(b) That a one foot lot be -required -at the Southwesterly. end of Bromley Ave and that a grant dee4 ,for the lot be ,given to the City of `Test Covina. (a) That the street•improvements. including fireplugs meet the spec ifications of the City of ;hest Covina. That, ,it be approved subject to; (a) That ...10., feet be. dedicated for future widening, Hof Barranca Street and a corner cut-off with a 15- foot radius be• dedicated at Co.btez•.- Ave and Barranca Street. „ (b) That a bridle .path be provided ,Long the rear of, the. proposed .l.o-ts'f a similar width to that included in restrictions on Tract # 12292, (c) That the utilities,including fire plugs, be installed to meet the approval of the City of West Covina. Van Horn moved to approve the tentative dap aw per the recommen- dations stated.. Motion was seconded by Daniels and passed. Mr Cipriani,restauraant' owner on Garvey, asked for permission'to- either rent one room of his residence on a daily basis or to' be' allowed a varience , to operate a motel `on his. property. , The m atter was` s'et aside for futher consi,deratdon.,- The City Attorney was instructed to write to the CityAttorney of Covina concerning .the affluent from the. Covina -sewage .disposal system through the gutters of the City of ?Vest Covina into the Iffalnut Wash. The idea,of using this water for irrigation purposes in nest Covina was discussed but no action was taken. J A petition to annex a portion of land to the City of West Covina to be known as fouthe rly Addition # 3 was filed by the owners.
