Resolution. # 90 offered to approve final map of Lane subdiviaion on Tract #14285. The motion was made by Van Horn to pass resolution subject to. the following conditions and -changes: that the subdivision improvement bond be filed with the City and that the following changes be made.;that the subdivider dedicate to the City a future street along the South Side of Lots 20 & 21_so as the North line of which will inter- sect East line of property of Hollenbeck Street Water Compa y.30 feet North of the Southeast corner.The plan change to also provide an easement for drainage between Lots.22 & 23 Northward to wash. f. The motion was seconded by Daniels and passed by unanimous vote of those present. Vanderhoof subdivision(Traet #12292) onto his., land ---,from the street -entering Citrds.'-Ave f rom staid subdivision from uphill and running onto, hie..land • on the West side of Citrus. He said that damage would be done to. his property by this, condition 'if ` allowed to exist.
