survey of -Youth Service in West.' Covina;:was;..received.
All that they asked was to. have the permission of the
City. Council; and- the -Chief' of Police to :go :ahead with

Y Mr;Ri.chard Millar was. present and asked about procedure
to- sell by.- metes and: bounds certain lots on- property •
owned by him near Cortez.and Barrancab. He presented .
a survey map for the Council's.inspection. The City
Attorney. •.gave,,.him the information,,tha.t..he requested.
Resolution. # 90 offered to approve final map of Lane
subdiviaion on Tract #14285.
The motion was made by Van Horn to pass resolution
subject to. the following conditions and -changes: that
the subdivision improvement bond be filed with the City
and that the following changes be made.;that the subdivider
dedicate to the City a future street along the South Side
of Lots 20 & 21_so as the North line of which will inter-
sect East line of property of Hollenbeck Street Water
Compa y.30 feet North of the Southeast corner.The plan
change to also provide an easement for drainage between
Lots.22 & 23 Northward to wash.

The motion was seconded by Daniels and passed by unanimous
vote of those present.
Mr Lane, subdivider, and, Mr Motter owner of adjoining
property who had prmt&d1teddthe original. tentative Map
were both -'present and approved the conditions as`stated
in the �.moti on.
Bids in answer to the City's advertisement,: fpr. ,approximately
17,000 gallons, of burner oil were opened.

Bosworth's Cafe by the Council next Wednesday night November

dinner.
Letter was read from •0'.D.Harbeit asking • that ''something be done
about.the water coming from the. Vanderhoof subdivision(Traet
#12292) onto his., land ---,from the street -entering Citrds.'-Ave
f rom staid subdivision from uphill and running onto, hie..land •
on the West side of Citrus. He said that damage would be
done to. his property by this, condition 'if ` allowed to exist.
Daniels moved to r'efer`:the.-matter to City -'Engineer for' chekk
upe Motion seconded by Van Horn and passed.
