Meeting called to order at g P.M.
Present Batchelder,Hurst, Van Horn.
Absent Daniads,Moss berg
The City Clerk also being absent City attorney Lance Smith
acted as Secretary Pro ter,.
This being the date set for hea,ring,.resolution giving notice of
,hearing on petition of ElRancho Estates,Birtcher Corporation and
Cecil I and Miriam Birtcher for the annexation of Eastrely addition
# 3,and no written objection having been filed with the City Clerk
and no one appearing in opposition to said annexation and no one
objecting thereto on motion of Councilman Hurst and seconded by
Van Horn and unanimously adopted Ordi4ance # 123 entitled,
" An ordinance of the City of 'Test Covina approving the annexation
. to,Incorporating in,and making a part of said City of West .Covina
certain uninhabited territory outside of daid-City and co ntiguauss
thereto known as Easterly Addition Number Three."
The City Clerk was authorizedeto post said ordinance in three public
places.
As the object of this meeting was accomplished the meeting was
declared adjourned.
