Special meeting of the City Council
of West Covina May 7,1946
Meeting was called for the special purpose of receiving
a petition for annexation to the City of West Covina of
that portion of lot 116 in tract # 930 in the County of
Los Angeles as per map recorded in Book 17 pages 38 and 39 of maps
in the County Recorder's office of said county belonging
to El Rancho Eeta,tes Inc. and;
that portion of lot 116 tract 930 in L.A.County as per map
recorded in Book 17 pages 36 and 39-in office of L.A.County
Recorder belonging to Birtcher Cprporation and;
the 30 ft . strip belonging to Cecil a and Miriam Birtcher
in that portion of lot 116, Tuact 930 in L.A.County as per
map recorded in book 17 pages 37 & 32 of maps in L.A. County
Recorder's office.
All of said property is acreage and is uninhabited.
Mrs Eleanor Samuels and Yr Birtcher representing the petitioners
and Mr Boyle who is the engineer of the subdivision project
of the E1 Rancho Esiddes portion were present
Councilman Van Horn moved that accepted and
motion.was seconded by Hurst and carried by unanimous vote.
.All councilmen were present with the exception of Mossberg.

Ac there was no futher business to be transacted the meeting
was declared adjourned.
