Present all members of the City Council the City Clerk and
City Attorney.Also present were 1fr J.C.74,lls,City Engineer
and Mr Vernon Cotter.
Col Dan Ty-iorgan F.Smithlo application for a varience for hio7
grocery store on Garvey between Citrus and Barranca viar, diocus,-ed.
Col.,Smith was also present to ask about the ap-plication which
had been made at the previous meeting* He was told that when
his plans were revised to. meet the approval of the Building,
Committee that his varienGe would be granted..Col.. Wraith represented
his client Archie Gegner.
Iv.'Lr Ella suggested to the Couneil that each appilcant for
.permisE!ion to form a subdivision be instructed to present a
copy of proposed r ' estrictions along with tentative map.
Most of the evening vas spent in-disousting subdivision
problems. Mr Ells said that we should have a planning cormaission
that would pass on each subdivision before being presented to.
City Council for approval.ThoSe present were called on for'
o gewtiona as to who would be suitable for such a group:
