Mation, was -.seconded by Hurst and,passed by unanimous, vote.

to the,,,pr6pos,ed zoning ordinance, fpr the City of -,West Covina.
They requested time to present�l_aa, alternate plan. -Public meeting
-scheduled for December 5th,1945,,,Was, cancelled on this, . apeouni.

in the public zoning meeting and.thht he would have tp,,wait for
futher consideration.
Mr Hallroyd presented a pe.tition.f.or permissi,pn,,to eW motor
court on property adjacent to La.Fonda Motor CourtX4- e�-was'told
to present plans and specifications. to the building* committee
before presenting to the City Qpuncil.-Jor acti-on.,iHis_-p;an was
for the erection of two residences and.20 court units. The highway
frontage embraced in this plan ,'was , . IAO feet.
Mr Bulling brought up the matter. of - his a,)plication for the
.erection of a motel on Tract 11,79$,-;Lots 1 and 2.. H ' e was promised
that
t another meeting would be called on December 19th to consider
his case.
Residents of 622 Meeker Ave were.present to.tqqmplaih about uns ani t a ry
conditions existing in the chilc4en yards next to their property,
They were referred to the Police, ,Department 'for "'act,ion.
Bids were opened on paving jobs on Rowland a ' ve and Walnut Sot .
As information in the advertis-eiqent.was not C'opplet.e it was
decided to ask for new bids covering the exact requirements.

Motion was made by Councilman :Van. Horn that Street 11g-4ts, be
installed on Sunkist Ave and Meeker Ave at Garvey.'- Votion was.
seconded by Mossberg and passed by finanimous vote.
Letter was read to City Council- f,r6k;-County of L.A...Roa.d Dept.
stating that the bridge over Walnut Creek on Sunset Ave called

Motion was seconded by Hurst and passed by unani,ous vote.
Resolution made to buy Victory Bonds from the Street Dmptovement
Fund, to the amount of $5,000.00 face value. This was numbered
Resolution # 77 . It was moved to adopt this resolution by
Daniel.- and -seconded by Van Horn. The vote stood Ayes-*Batchelder,-
Mbseberg,Burst, Van Horn. Noes- None-. Absent - None.
7n applida-tion of Judge W.F.Gilbert of 490 Meeker live permit,
to establish a home industry retail business of selling rabbit.
