Minutes of the regular meeting of the
City Council of West Covina,California
he ld June 13th,'194.5
•Melet-ing called- to' order at 8.30 P.M. Mayor Batchelder presiding.
Councilmen, It.osw.b'ere and Hurst -were absent.,. All other councilmen
and City OffIci•als were present.
A"'number, ,of citizens were present. Several- to' inqui-re about
zoning matters and a group ~of three -men •to ask about the
pb,eeibilit es• of opening a- public playing card., parlor i-n the
City: No decisions were made. by --the Council on any of these
matters. All thoi-eenjeekingsvariences in zoning for -their property
were referred to the Committee,Councilmen Mossberg and Buret neither
-of whom -were- present.
Minutes of the regular meetings of 'May 9th'_and 1Ray 16th were. read
and were declared approved as read as no -objections were .offered.
