361 West State Highway. -
The meeting was called to -order by Mayor Robinson and upon roll call
by'the Clerk the following councilmen were.present; Batchelder;.
-.Robinson, Mossberg, Daniles and Kendall.
The following -bills' were presented by the- -Cherk and upon: -motion. by
Councilman Kendall; seconded by Councilman Mossberg, duly put
and carried, were allowed andordered paid.

It was moved by Councilman Kendall, seconded by Councilman Batchelder.,
duly put -and carried, that the road.men, Delp and Ruegge, be allowed
to work'9 hours per day 5 days per week and take Saturday off
except _in case of an emergency.
Upon motion by Councilman Kendall, seconded by Councilman Batchelder,
and cari.-ied, that the Salary of Mr. Wheeler as chief of police be
raised to 300.00 per month, effective as of April 1, 1944,
