The City Council of the City of West Covina, met j nua.ry 25,
1943, Pt
361 W. StP.te Highway. Al members being present except Mossberg.
After considerable discussion it was moved by Councilman
KendPll,
seconded by Councilman Batchelder, d.uly put and. carried,
that
the City of. West Covins, emplay Mr. J.B. Lock�Tood at
$6.00 per
tour to pull down the eucalyptus trees in the center
of
Rowland street, this pric,, to include puller, crane
and three
men. Mr. Lockwood also agreed to furnish two extra
men at .90
per hour per man, also Mr. Lockwood is not to assume
any
•
damage to property or any liability whatsoever. The
