The City Council of the City of West Covina met, November 11, 1942, at
361 West State Highway. All mernbers.of the Council being present
except Kendall.
The minutes of the meeting of October 14, 1942, were read and. approved
as read.
The following bills were read by the clerk and upon motion by Councilman
Herring, seconded by Councilman Batchelder, duly put and carried,
were allowed and ordered paid.

• Ordinance No. 97, entitled am -ordinance of the City of West Covina, in
the County of Los Angeles, State of "alifornia, relating to lighting
as restricted by public proclamation of the Commanding General of
the Western Command, was offered by Councilman Herring, seconded
by Councilman Mossberg, duly put and carried, and was adopted by
the following vote;
Ayes: Robinson, Herring, Mossberg and Batchelder
- Noes: None
Absent: Kendall
There being no fut-ther business to come before the Council the meeting
was duly adjourned.
