Foss be 8;rattte.d�a; permit to operate a minature Railway, Kiddy Auto rides and a • little Chairopla.ne on his lot at the Sunkist Village Service station, said permit to be revoked at the end of six months provided it is not satisfactory. A delegation was here protesting the dogs of Mrs. Hawkins again, and the council inetrueted the Police bepartment to go down and serve papers on both.Mr. Meeker and. Mrs. Hawkins that the dogs.would have to be moved out. It this time due to a bla.ckout'the meeting was adjourned to permit every one to get home as quickly as possible.
