The City Council of the City of West Covina met, February 25, 1942; at
1808 W. State Highway. Those present were: J.K. Hedges, L. Reeg,
D.H. Robinson and C.P. Kendall. Absent: Batchelder.
The minutes of the meeting of February 11, 1942 were read and
approved.
Upon motion by Councilman Hedges, seconded by Councilman Reeg, duly put
and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to write Mrs.
Hawkins a letter declaring her dogs to be a nuisance, and that
they should be moved.
Resolution No. 59, entitled a resolution calling a municipal election
to be held on April 14, 1942, was offered by Councilman Kendall
seconded by Councilman Hedges, and unanimously carried.-.
There being no further business to come before the council the
meeting was duly adjourned.
