Ordinance No; 90,--entitled an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 31,
entitled "An Ordinance providing.for the creation in the City of
West Covina, of 'zones --consisting of various'.dis'tricts and .prescri-
bing the'classestof buildings,.structures and improvements in the
said several zones and'the uses thereof" by adding thereto a new
section to be numbered Section-12, came up for its final passage.,,
and'was adopted by the following votes,'to-wit
Ayes: Reeg, Kendall, .'atchelder, Hedges & Robinson.
