The City Council of the City of West Covina met October 9, 1940, at
1843-�42st State Highway. Those present !vere: L.Reeg, C.P. Kendall,
Clyde, atcheld.er and D.H. Robinson. Absent: J.K. Hedges.
The minutes of the meeting of September 41 1940, were read and
approved...
The following bills were presented by.the Clerk and upon motion by
Councilman Kendall, seconded by Councilman Batchelder, and carried
were allowed and orderee paid.

Mr. Leo Meeker presented subdivision maps of Tract No.•11502 for —
approval by the City Council, and upon motion by Councilman
Reeg, seconded by Councilman Kendall, duly puj and carried,
said map was accepted.
An agreement was Presented by Mr. Meeker wherein the City of West
Covina was asked to extend to Lambert Farms, Inc. a period of
18 months for the improving of Sunkist Avenue and Elder Street
in Tract No. '11502, and upon motion by Councilman Kendall,,
seconded by Councilman Reeg, duly put and carried, said agree—
ment was accepted, and an executed copy of which .is filed with •
the City Clerk.
Upon motion by Councilman Kendall, seconded by Councilman Batchelder,
duly put and carried, Nellie Reeg is to receive $20,00 for extra
work done during the Pomona Pair.
Y1r. Oscar Blain" presented subdivision maps .of 'bract No. 12335 'for
approval by the City Council, and upon motion by Councilman
Batchelder, seconded by Councilman Kendall, duly put and.
carried, said 'map was accepted.
Ordinance No. 83,: entitled "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TR'-SSPASSING
UPON PRIVATE, PROPERTY AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR TH., VIOLATION
TH R OF", was nut on its final passage and was adopted b� the
following votes:
Ayes: Reeg, Batchelder, Kendall, and Robinson.
Noes: None
Absent: Hedg-e•s.
There being no further business to come before the Council 'the
muting was duly adjourned.
