March 27, 1940.
The City Council of the City of West Covina.met Ilarch 27, 194o, at
1843 West State Highway. Those present were: L. Reeg, C.H.'.Coffuian,
F.L. Ilowder and D.H. Robinson.
After some discussion the following resolution was offered by Councilman
Coffman, seconded by Councilman Robinson and unanimously adopted.
Resolution No. 54, entitled a resolution entering into an agreement
with the State Highway Department wherin the grade separations
at the various st.reetb where they intersect the State highway
may be made at the expense of -the State Highway Jepartment.
There being no further business to come before the Council the
meeting was duly adjourned.
