February 28, 1940
The Council of the City of �'est Covina, met February 14, 104-0, at
1843 West State Highway. Those present were: C.H. Coffman,
J.K. Hedges, F.L. Mowder and D.H. Robinson. Absent: L. R:ieg.
The minutes of the meeting of Fe,,ruary 14, 1940 were read and
approved.
Resolution No. 51, was offered by Councilman Coffman, seconded by
Councilman Hedges, and was unanimously adopted.
Ordinance No. 80, entitled an ordinance amending ordinance No. 31,
entitled "An ordinance providing for the creation in the City
of Vlest Covina, of zones consisting of various districts and
• prescribing; the classes of buildings, structures and improve-
mentsin the said several zones and the uses thereof" by adding
• thereto a new section to be numbered Section 12, came up for
its third and final reading and was passed by the following
votes:
Ayes: F.L. Iv?owder, C.H. Coffman, J:K: Hedges and D.H.
Robinson
Noes: None
Absent: L. Reeg.
There being no further business to corne before the Council the
meeting was duly adjourned.
