1843 `oVest State Highway. Those present were: C.H. Coffman, L. • Reed
and D.H. Robinson. Absent; F.L. 14owder and J.K. Hedges.
In the absence of -Mayor powder it was moved by Councilman Robinson,
seconded by Council-aian Reeg that Councilman Coffman act as

Ordinance No. 77, entitled an ordinance to prevent injuries -to the
streets in ,Vest Covina by implements eauiped with cleats, or
share edges was put on its final passage and was passed by the
follotri,�; votes;
Ayes: C.H. Coffman, L. Ree^ and D.H. Robinson
Noes: None
Absent: F.L. Mowder and J.-K. :ledges
Ordinance No. 78, entitled and ordinance repealing ordinance No. 68
and ordinance No 70, entitled ordinances establishing set back
lines in the City of ,`,`,est Covina, was put on its final passage
and was passed by the following votes:
Ayes: C.H. Coffman, L. Reeg and D.H. Robinson
Noes: None
Ab-sent: F.L. Mot<<Tder and J.K. Hedges.
There being no further business to come beflre the Council the
meeting was duly adjourne
