Those present were: L. Reeg, F.L. Mowder, C.H. Coffman, D.H. Robinson, and J.K. Hedges. Absent: None. The minutes of the meetings of May 11, 14, Rnd 25 were read and approved. A motion was offered by Councilman Reeg, seconded by Councilman Robinson duly put and carried, authorizing the clerk to sign contract with the 119XXXX9 Edison Co. for lighting Street lights and Neon Signs. It was moved by Councilman Robinson, seconded by Councilman Reeg,duly put and carried, authorizing Quinter Bashore to do the necessary work in connecting the traffic enforcement signs at a price of $6o.00. Resolution No. 28. entitled a resolution declaring certain streets in the City of West Covina -to -be a part -of -the County system of Highways, and authorizing the County to proceed with the -improve - went of said street. Upon motion by Councilman Reeg, seconded by Councilman Robinson, duly put and carried, the proper officers were authorized to sign new signature cards at the Covina National Bank. There being no further business to come before the Council the meeting was duly adjourned.
