The City Council of the City of West
the Police Court Room, 1943 West
were: F.L. Mowder, C.H. Coffman,
Upon motion by Councilman Coffman,
put and unanimously carried the

seconded -by Councilman Reeg, duly
resignation tendered by Mayor
Upon motion by Councilman Coffman, seconded by Councilman Reeg, duly
put and carried, Councilman Mowder was appointed to mayor.Xil
Upon motion by Councilman Reeg, seconded by Councilman Coffman, duly
put and unanimously carried, Mr. D.H. Robinson was appointed as
a Councilman of the City of West Covina to serve until the next
municipal election.
Upon the recommendation of Chief
Councilman Coffman, seconded
carried, that Fred J. Ham be
the City of West Covina at a
month. Mr. Ham to furnish his
of Police Fritsch, it was moved by
by Councilman Reeg, duly put and
appointed as a police officer of
monthly salary of $190.0 per _

Mayor Mowder appointed Councilman Coffman to serve on the auditing
committee with Councilman Hedges.
There being no further business to come before the Council the
meeting was duly adjourned.

the book of record of said Council.
