December 15, 1937.
The City Council of the City of West Covina met December 15. 1937, at
the Police Court Room 1843, West State Highway. Those present
Were: P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg. F.L. Mowder,J.K.Hedges & C.H. Coffman
Absent: None.
This was a special meeting held for the purpose of passing on an
application of Mr and Mrs Mossberg for a permit to erect an.auto
court on property which they had tentatively sold. After some
discussion it was decided to have Mr. Mossberg present the plans
and specifications for said buildings, at which time it will be
passed on by the Council.
There being no further business to come before the Council the
meeting was duly adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Council of the City of
West Covina of December 15, 1937, are duly recorded on page
446 of the book of record of said Council.
