The City of the .City of West,Covina met.December 8., 1937, at
the Police Court Room,. 1843 West State„Highway..Those present
were: P.R. Jackson, F.L. Mowder, L. Reeg, J.K. Hedges and
O.H. Coffman. Absent: None.
The minutes of the,meetings of October 27,.and November 17, were
read and approved.
The following bills were presented by the Clerk and on motion of
Councilman Coffman, seconded by Councilman Mowder, duly put:

Upon motion by Councilman Mowder, seconded by Councilman Coffman,
duly put and carried, it was voted to reject an application
for a permit for trailer court to be erected on the Moss -
berg trgct.
Ordinance No. 69, entitled an ordinance annexing to, incorporating
in and making a part of the City of West Covina the "Easterly
Addition No. 211, was put on its final passage and was adopted
by the following vote.
Ayes; P.R. Jackson, F.L.Movfder,L.Reeg.J.K.Hedges & C.H. Coffman
Noes: None
Absent: None
Ordinance No. 70. entitled an ordinance amending Section 1 Of
Ordinance No. 68, came up for its second reading.
There being no further business to come before the Council the-,
meeting was adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Council of the City of
West Covina of December 9, 1937, are duly recorded on pages
444-445 of the book of record of said Council.
