The City Council of the City of West Covina met October 13, 1937, at
the Police Court Room, 1843 West State Highway. Those Present
were: J.B. Hedges, P.R. Jgckson, F.L. Mowder and L. Reeg:
Absent: C.H. Coffman.
The minutes of the meeting of September S,

approved .

Councilman Hedges, seconded by Councilman
