Criswell's Cafe had requested the City Council's consent to his
Opening a cocktail room in said -restaurant. Moved by Councilman
Coffman, seconded by Councilman_ Reeg, duly put and tarried that
the City of. West Covina go on record as
opposed to granting.thier
consent for a cocktail room.in the City
of West Covina.
