The City Council of.the City of West Covina met October 14, 1936, at
the.v'Jest Covina Club House. Those present were: P.R. Jackson,
h J.K. Hedges, F.L. Mowder and C.H. Coffman.' Absent : VL"
The minutes of 'the meeting of October, 14, 1936, were read and approved.
The following-bill.s were presented by the Clerk and on motion by
Councilman Mowder, seconded by Councilman Hedges, duly put and
carried were allowed and ordered paid.
