Ordinanc No. 63, entitled. an ordinance amending ordinance No. 31,
entitled "An Ordinance providing for the creation in the City of
I West Covina, of zones consisting of various
districts and prese-
ribing the classes of buildings,' structures
and improvements in the
said several zones -and the uses thereof" by
adding thereto a new
section -to -be numbered section 12, cane up for its third and final
reading, and its adoption was moved by Councilman
Hedges, seconded
by Councilman Coffman, and was passed by the
following votes;
Ayes: P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg, C.H. Coffman
and J.K. Hedges.

Absent: F.L. Mowder.
• A motion was offered by Councilman Coffman, seconded
by Councilman
Hedges, duly put and carried, that the men employed
on the City
roads be given two weeks yaeation; one with
pay and one on their
own time.
Ordinance No.64, entitled and ordinance fixing the tax rate for the
fiscal year 1936-1937,'at .30 per $100.00 assessed
valuation,
came up for its third and final.reading, and
its adoption was
moved by Councilman Reeg, seconded by Councilman
Coffman, and
was passed by the following votes;
Ayes: P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg, C.H. Coffman
and J.K. Hedges,
Noes: None
Absent: F.L. Howder..
