West Covina, California, Feb. 26, 1936.
The City Council of the City of West Covina met February 26, 1936,
at the West Covina Club House. Those present Were: L. Reeg,
F.L. Mowder, P.R. Jackson and C.H. Coffman. Absent: 9.K. Hedges.
Resoultion No a resolution consenting to the enforcement within
the City of West Covina, California, of all ordinances, gvarantire
regulations and rules prescribed by the State Board of -Health and
of all statutes relating to public health and to vital statistics
by the Health Officer of the County of Los Angeles, was offered
by F.L. Mowder, seconded by C.H. Coffman and unanimously adopted
by the following vote;
Ayes: F.L. Mowder, P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg and C.H. Coffman.
Noes: None
Absent: J.K._ Hedges
Resolution No_, a resolution to accumulate the k cent Gasoline tax
money to permit the accomplishment of a larger project to be deter-.
mined by the Council, was offered by C.H. Coffman, seconded by F.L.
Mowder and unanimously adopted by the following vote;
Ayes: F.L. Mowder, P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg and C.H. Coffman.
Noes: None
Absent: J.K. Hedges
Resolution No. w, a resolution making Citrus Avenue from Holt Avenue
North to the West Covina limits a part of the County system of
highways was offered by F. . Mowder, seconded by L. Reeg and was
unanimously adopted by the following vote;
Ayes: F.L. Mowder, P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg and C.H. Coffman.
Noes: None
Absent: J.K..Hedges
Ordinance No 60, entitled an Ordinance relating to the care and expen-
diture of moneys received from the State of California under the
provisions of article 5, chapter 1, Division 1, of the streets and

highways code, came up for its final passage and was adopted by the
following
vote;
Ayes: F.L. Mowder, P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg and C.H. Coffman.
Noes: None
Absent: J.K. Hedges
Resolution No.�, a resolution calling a municipal election to be held
on April 14, 1936, was offered by F.L. Mowder, seconded by L. Reeg
and was unanimously adopted by the following vote;
Ayes: F.L. Mowder, P.R. Jackson, L. Reeg and C.H. Coffman.:-
