The City Council of the City of nest Covina met Febxuaryl� 1936
at the West Covina Club House. Those present were: Percy R.
Jackson, F.L. Mowder, C.H. Coffman, J.K. Hedges and L. Reeg.
Absent: None.
The minutes of January 9, 1936, meeting were read and
Approved.
The following bills were presented by the Clerk and on motion by
C.H. Coffman, seconded by L. Reeg were allowed and ordered
paid.

Ordinance No. 60 entitled "An Ordinance Relating to the Care and
Expenditures of Moneys Received From The State of California Under
The Provisions of Article 5, Chapter 1, Divisions 1 of the Streets
and Highways Code", came up for its second reading.
The following motion was offered by Mr. Coffman, seconded by Mr. Mowder
and unanimously carried, that the Mayor appoint a committee of
three on traffic law enforcement, to make such arraingements as are
necessary with the City of El Monte and Judge Sorey, for carrying
out the traffic ordinance of the City of West Covina. Mayor Jackson
appointed 1.1r. Coffman, Mr. Hedges and Mr. Reeg to act on this com-
mittee, Mr. Hedges to act as chairman.
There being no further business to come before the Council the meeting
adjourned.

of the Book of record of said Council
