The City 'Council of the City of test Covina met January 8, 1936,
at the nest Covina Club House. Those present were Percy R.
Jackson, F. L. Powder, L. Reeg, and J.K. Hedges.

The minutes of the 'meet ing of December 11, 1935, were read and
approved.
