The City Council of the City of West Covina met October 9, 1935, at the West
Covina Club Hous.e. Those present were: J.K. Hedges_, C.H. Coffman and
Leonard Reeg. Absent: Percy R. Jackson and' F.L. Mowder.
The minutes of the meeting of September 11, 1935 were read and approved.
The following bills were presented by the Clerk and on motion of J.K. Hedges,
seconded by L. Reeg and carried were allowed and ordered paid.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles
County be requested to authorize the Los Angeles. County Road Department to
improve 2589 feet of Orange Avenue South from Merced avenue with oil and rock
surface at County expense.
Said Resolution was passed by the following votes:
