SPECIAL MEETING.
A special meeting of the Council of The City of West Covina was
held at the West Covina Club House on August 21st 1935. Those
present were: F.L. Mowder, Y.R. Jackson, J.Y. Hedges and L.
I Reeg. Absent: C.H. CojCfman.

Ordinance No. 58,entitled an ordinance fixing the tax rate for
•j municipal purposes for the fiscal year 1935-1936 at $.30 per
I one hundred dollars valuation was put on its final passage
and was adopted by the..following vote..
•i Ayes: P.R. Jackson, F.L. Mowder, L. Reeg and J.I. Hedges.
Noes: None
Absent: C.H. Coffman.
There being no further business to come before the Council the
meeting adjourned.
