West Covina, California, July 2, 1934.
The City Council of the City of West Covina met July 2, 1934 at
the West Covina Club House. This was'a special meeting.
Those present were: Jackson, Reeg, Baldosser and Hedges.
Absent: Coffman.
The purpose off the meeting was to adopt the following resoluti-
ons.
RESOLUTION
The following resolution was offered by Baldosser, seconded by
Hedges, and unanimously carried:
�IRESOLVED: That a certain agreement made and entered
into on the 2nd day of November, 1933, by and between the City
of West Covina and the Division of Statif Highways of the State
of California and Victor Anderson and Mary Anderson whereby.the
State agrees to extend Irwindale Avenue Southerlyacross ,arroyo
Avenue to connect with Sunsdt Avenue in the City of West Covina,
and to pay damages of Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and
no/100 ($3450.00) Dollars to Victor and Flury Anderson by reason
of cutting said Irwindale Avenue through their premises.
Said agreement having been signed by Robert H. Neely
as Mayor, and C.C. Toland as City Clerk is hereby ratified,
approved, and confirmed by the City Council o the City of West
Covina this 2nd day of July, 1934.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution yeas adopted by,
the City Council of, the City of Vest Covina at it's meeting',.on
the 2nd day of July, 1934, and signed by the Mayor and that

There being no further business to come before the Board the
meeting adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Council of the City of
Nest Covina, of July 11, 1934, are duly recorded on pages
of the book of record of said Council.
