West . Covina, California, July 29 , 1933.
The City Council of the City of 'vilest Covina held a special meeting
July 29, 1933, at Mr. Neely's.home. Those present were: Neely,
Coffman, Baldosser and Drendell. Absent: Yarnell.
The purpose of the meeting, was to accept a deed from. Harry Goode for
a strip of land and it was moved by Drendell and seconded by
Coffman axid was unanimously carried.
City Ordinance No. 53 came up for . its second reading and was read by

the Clerk.. This is an ordinance setting the tax rate for the
City for 1933-1934.

Motioned by Coffman and seconded by Drendell that meeting ad iourn.
