The City Council of The City of West Covina met N:ay 10,1933,
at the West Covina Club House, Those present were: Neely,
Drendell, Coffman and Baldosser. Absent: Yarnell.
The minutes of the Council meetings of April lz, and.April ?.6,
were read and approved,

These bills be paid, Carried.
Yx. Smith reported that the Property owners along Rowland Ave.
Nest of Vincent had all deeded their property for the
paving of the Street. The list of the deeds and the Grantorn
and the description of the property deeded is attached to
these minutes on a separate sheet pf paper, A resolution
offered by Coffman and seconded by Drendell that the City
of West Covina accept these deeds, A poll of the votes
were: V.
_ Ayes: Neely, Baldosser, Drendell and Coffman.
Noes: None
Absent: Yarnell.
It was mentioned by Mr. Neely that the City might move the horses
from Reegs barn tq Mr. Berger.s Barn.
Mr. Warne asked fot permission to put.a pipe line across Lark
Ellen and it was moved by baldosser and was seconded by
- drendell that he be allowed to do so, Carried.
Resolution offered by Coffman and seconded by Drendel:
That the City of West Covina accept, a deed of an easement
for public road and highway purposes from .4MIL AUGUSTE GIROD and
MARY I.FTINNIE GIROD of the real property; .situate in the, County of
Los Angeles,, State of California, described as follows:
A strip of land twenty-five (25) feet in width off the
Norther1 side - of the Viester1y one-half ( 1) of Lot Seven-
teeaz (17T of the 576.50 acre tract, known. as W. R. Rowland
tract, in Puente Ranch, as per map recorded in Book 42,
Page 45 of Idiscellaneous Records, in.the' office of the
Recorder of said County;

It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Coffman that the
meeting adjourn. Carried,
the foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Council of the City
of West Covina , of may the 10, 19a3, are duly .recorded on pag e
273 & 274 of the book of record of said Council.
