West Covina, California, April 26.1933,
The Council of the City of West Covina, Met April 26. 19
at the West Covina Club Fouse for the pur-pose of giving
the Contract to top-.-j=• the trees along Rowland. Avenue to
lvx. Rousseau for the Amount of $450.00,
Mr. Rousseau said that he would need to draw some momey as the
work progressed and it was decided to allow him to draw
up to 75-% of the work done each week; -
The paving of Rowland Avenue West of Vincent was discussed and
it was decided to let &r. Smith, look into the Question of
acquiring title to the property and he is to report his
findings at the next meeting of the'Council.
It was motioned by Coffman and Seconded by Baldosser that the
bridge on sunset Avenue -be turned over to the County and
r - that the Resolution by'the Board of Supervisors acquiring
that portion of Sunset be accepted by the Council. Carried,
Moved by Coffman and seconded by Bald.osser that the meeting
adjourn.
