Tre Council. of t:"e City of West Covina met April 12, 1933 at the
West Covina Club House. Those Present Were: Neely,Baldosser
and Coffman. Absent: Drendell and Yarnell.
The minutes of the meeting of March `6,1933 were read and
approved.
The following bills were presented by the Clerk and on motion by
Coffman and seconded by Baldosser and unanimously carried
were.allowed and orderd paid.

The trees along Howland Avenue.was discussed and Lr.Neely
said that the only thi; ,�gg do was to'have some one
capable of judging the s "Iook at them and then accept
his judgment as to what should be done. Mir. Baldosser
said that the people would be satisfied just to have the
trees in front of each house topped,
!Moved by Coffman and seconded by Baldosser that the meeting
adjourn.
