Council of the City of'West Covina met Dec. 14, 19529
at the West Club house, Those present were:

F.P.Baldosser, Joseph Drendell and C.H. Coffman,"
Absent: Robert H. Neely and Arthur Yarnell.
In
the -absence of Mr. Neely err. Coffman acted as chairman.
The
minutes of the meeting of Nov.'16, 19;�2 were read and
approved.
The
following bills were presented by the Clerk and on
motion by Baldosser and seconded by Drendell were
allowed and orderd paid.

Baldosser reported that the City had.given permission
for Mir. Phillipson to have the eueal-yptus trees along
Lark Ellen removed provided he would write us a letter
releasing the City of West Covina from any liability
whatsoever,
Resolution from the League of ILunicipalities respecting
the employment of Lange.& Diller to make examanation.
of special assessment districts with a view of reliev
ing property from burden of excessive assessments,
was read and commented on, but no action was taken.
Resolution from :the League of Municipalities regarding
gas tax distribution and secondary state highway
additions as proposed by the auto Club o'f So. Calif.
and. State Automobile Association was read an.d. dis-
eussed. No action was taken.
Moved. by Drendell and secon'ed by Baldosser teat the
meeting; Adjourn,
