The City Council of the City of West Covina met August. 10, 1932
at the West Covina Club House®•Those Present were: Yarnell,
Drendell,Baldosser and Coffman, Absent: Neely.I the absence
of Mr. Neely . Yarnell acted as chairman. n
The Minutes of the meeting of July 8th, 1952, were read and
approved.'
The following bills were presented by the Clerk, and on motion -
by Coffman and Seconded by Baldosser were orderd paid.

Mr, Neely asked the Bridge Inspector to come out and inspect
the bridge on Sunset Avenue,.Heavy traffic.was asked to
take another route,
Ordinance N0,52 came up for its third and last reading,This is
an ordinance fixing the tax rate for.the coming year at
thirty five cents 1.35) per one hundred dollars 1100.00)
valuation, Moved by Drendell and seconded by Coffman that
the ordinance be put on its passage,
Ayes: Drende-11,Baldosser, Coffman ,Yarnell,
Noes: None
Absent: Neely.
Ordinance NO.52 was adopted on motion by Coffman and
seconded by Baldosser, Carried unanimously,
It was moved by Baldosser and -seconded by Drendell.that Chas,
Delp and Oscar Jesse be given one weeks vacation with pay.
Carried.
Moved by trendell and seconded by Coffman that meeting
adjourn, Carried,
