West Covina, California, July U ,1932,
The City Council of the City of West Covina met July 13, 1932 at
the West Covina Club House. Those present were: C.H.Coffman,
F.P.Baldosser, Joseph lirendell and Robert H.' Neely, Absent:
Arthur Yarnell,
The minutes of the meeting of June 6, 19"2, were read and
approved.
The following bills were presented by the Clerk and on motion by
Baldosser and seconded by Coftban were orderd paid.

It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Coffman that fifty cents
per hour should be charged for the road roller when loaned
out, Carried,
Motioned by Drendell seconded by Baldosser that we send 10001�"
to the L.A.County Road Department for our Credit, Carriea,
It was motioned by Baldosser and seconded by Coffman that Mr,
Neely be allowed expenses for his car when using it for
City use. Carried.
It was motioned by Coffman seconded by Drendell-that we buy the
.map of the City from Mr. Blackburn, Carried,
The second reading of the ordinance fixing the tax -rate for the
fiscal year 1932-1934 was read at this meeting.
it was moved by Coffman and seconded by Baldosser that the meeting
adjourn. Carried,

261 of the book of record of said Council.
