called to canvas the returns of the Iunicipal election of
April. 11, 1932, and to install the elected of-ficers.

After �convassing the votes, a resolution wns offered by Baldosser
and seconded by Yarnell:
That Robert H. Eeely and.C. H. Coff►nan be declared elected
Councilmen for the term Of four ye'Irs;
That Charles C. yoland be declared elected City Clem for
the term of four years.
That prances i';axson be declared elected City. -'�.'rea.surer for
the term of four years.
