special meeting on April 18, 19132, immediately following
the canvassing the election returns, for the purpose of

It wa.s moved by Drendel and, seconded by Coffman that Yarnell act as
temporary chairman. Carried, and I'elr. Yarnell called the

Neely be; elected 1,Iayor of the City of '."est Covina for
