The City Council. of the City of West Covina met October 7, 1931
at the 1;7est Covina Club G;ouse. Those present .were:
Robert H. I'feely, F. P. Ba.ldosser, Joseph Drendel.
Absent: Arthur Yarnell, C. H. Coffman.
The Minutes of the Council rTeet ing of September 2, 1931�, were read
and approved.

It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Drendel that the bills
be paid. Carried.
Clerk was instructed to investigate as to whether a delegate from
West Covina can secure mileage and expenses in attending
the League of 1,1unicipality meetings.
It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Drendel that the meeting
a.d ourn. Carried.

Page 231 of the book of record of said Council.
