Mayor Watts called the Meeting to order;
The Minutes of the Council h1eeting of February 11, 1931, were read
and approved.

fman a.nd seconded by Baldosser that letter be accepted and
placed oti file and further: -investigation in the matter be
made.
Letter from George Reamers requesting that grading be done on Lark
Ellen and )TTerced Avenues, wa,s road and placed on file.
Letter of John C. Ma:clay, P:-sa,,yor of. San Fernando, inviting Rla.yor to
meeting of 1,layors to be held at Topsy's Southern Rome,
8101 Long Beach Boulevard, was read.
Letter from Director of Employment Stabilization 626 California.
-Build"ing, dated 1_78.rch 13, 1931,, was read and ordered to' be
placed on file.
It was moved .by Drendel and seco'hded by *Coffman that the City of
Weist Covina. accept a deed from the ad joining property
owners of a 20 ft.'.-strip: of land being,a continuation. of
';iorkma.n Street Nest of Vincent. Street, described as follows:
�O ft. from Southerly end of lot 8 & Lot 9 and 20 ft. from
Southerly end of Lot 7 to within 40 ft. of '.{Jest erly line of
Lot 7 of V1. R.. Rowland Tract and 10 ft. off ��Tort'herly ends of
