The City Council of the City of 'Test Covina. met January 14, 1931
at the 'Nest' Covina. Club House. Those present were-
S. L. Watts, C. H. Coffman, Joseph Drendel, F. P. raldosser,
and Arthur Yarnell. Absent: Done .
The Minutes of the Council fleeting of December 10, 1930, were read
and approved.
The following bills were approved by the Auditing Committee. It
was moved by Coffman and seconded by Yarnell that the
same be Paid. Motion carried unanimously.

It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Drendel that the City
Clerk write to the Board of Supervisors for an approp-
riation for $5000.00. Discussion of manner of placing
matter before Supervisors ensued. Motion carried un-
animously.
Mr. Baldosser brought up the matter of placing "slow" sign and
"danger" sign on bridge over Walnut lash on Sunset
Boulevard.
It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Yarnell that the Street
Superintendent post slow and danger signs on both ends of
the bridge; sign to be about 2 x 4 feet in size and to read,
"Dangerous Bridge --Drive Slowly". 11,2ot ion carried .
It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Drendel that the melting
adjourn.. Motion carried.

Vilest Covina, of January 14, 1931, are duly recorded on
page 212 of. the book of record of said Council.
