The City Council of the City of West Covina met December 10, 1930
at the West Covina. Club House. Those present were:
S. L. 1,11a.tts, Joseph Drendel, F. - P. Ba.ldosser, and
C. H. Coffman. Absent: Arthur Yarnell.
The Minutes of th.e Council leeting of, November 12, 193:0, were read
and appr-oved .
• The following bills were .approved by the Auditing ,Cominittee. It
was moved by Drendel and seconded by Baldosser that the
same be paid. Carried.

Franklin P. Harris brought up a matter of unequal assessment of
road improvement on Arroyo. Drive. City attorney instructed
to go with Mr. Harris to, see County Counsel and endeavor tor -
.get the matter straightened.,
It was moved by'Baldosser and seconded by Drendel, that the meeting
adjourn. Carried.
