The City Council of the City of. West Covina, met November 12, 1930
at the West Covina Club House. Those present were
.3. L. Watts, Joseph Drendel, Arthur Yarnell, F. P.
Baldosser, and' C. H. Coffman. Absent: None.
The Minutes of the Council Mleeting of October 8, 1930, were read
and approved.
• It was moved by Yarnell and seconded by Drendel that the following
bills be paid. Carried.
Consolidated 'Rock Products Co. 855.69
Sawyer Hardware Co. 5.00
Oscar Jesse, labor 63.00
Joe Flick 53.00
Mayne Weaver 207.00
Ben Ruegge 63.00
Charles Delp 54.00
Total 1310.69
It was moved by Coffman and seconded by Yarnell that the Street
Superintendent be orderedto move 'the single light
reflector from Glendora. Avenue at 11arced to the West
side•o.f. Orange Avenue at Arroyo and to move the nine
light reflector from Arroyo Drive,. between Glendora. and
Lark Ellen, to Glendora Avenue at I'�,Terced. The City Clerk
- was instructed to notify the Automobile Club of Southern
California of this change in the location of reflectors.
Discussion of necessity of new bridge over Walnut Mash on Sunset
Avenue
It was moved, by Drendel• and seconded by Coffman that Street Super-
intendent, Wayne- Weaver, be ordered. t o have proper County
Engineer inspect bridge at, once over Walnut Wash at Sunset
Avenue and in case same. is declared by said .Engineer to be
unsafe for loads,that not ices be posted to thet effect.
It was moved by Coffman and seconded by Yarnell that the meeting
adjourn. Carried.

page 210 of the book of record of said Council.
