The City Council of'the City of West Covina met October 3, 1930'
at the 'VVGst .Covina Club House. Those present were:
S. L. Watts, F.' P. Baldosser, Arthur Yarnell and 'C. H.
Coffman. Absent: Joseph Dr.end-el.
The Minutes of the Council hTeeting of September 17th, 1930, were
read and approved.
.� It was moved by Yarnell and seconded by Coffman that the following
bills be paid. Carried unanimously.

It was moved by Coffman and seconded.by Baldosser that the'meeting
adjourn. Carried.
