The City Council of the City of West Covina met September 17th, 1930
at' the West Covina Club House. Those -present were: S. 1.
Watts, Joseph Drendel, J. Pe Baldosser. Absent: Arthur
Yarnell, C. H. Coffman.
The Minutes of the Council Meetings 'of August l3th,and -August 27th
were read and approved*
It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Diendel that the following
bills be paid. Carried unanimously.

It was moved by Drendel and seconded by Baldosser that Deputy Clerk
be instructed -to i ' ssue warrants to pay the Consolidated
Rock bill of 0205.48 and all bills for labor, and arrange
with the bank to carry these on credit, at 6% until tax
money comes in to our treasury to pay same. Carried.
It was moved by Baldosser and seconded by Dren.del that the meeting
adjourn. Carr ied
