Letters of E. 1J. Closson and E. P. Kaye, two of the signers of the
petition for opening Rowland Ave., were read,a.nd the Clerk was
directed to acknowledge them, and inform tYie tirJriters that there
• viou1d be a day of protest and an opportunity for them to present
their objections.
