House on Dec,i8th i929. Present, Watts, Gloge, Coffman, Yarnell.

The petition for opening Double or RowlandAve `Nas Then Considered.
Motion by Yarnell second byy .Coffman that City Attorney draft
resolution of intention to undervirite preliminary costs ofacquiring
pproperty�as in the petition set forth, in view of putting road
through.
Ayes: Yarnell, IVatts,Cbffma,n And Gloge.
Noes: None.
Absent: king. .
There Were present seven property owners whose property is included
in the petition above mentioned present at the m-eting who favored
the opening of Double Ave.
Following Bills approved by auditing committee composed off" Coffman
and Yarnell.
