Present Councilmen Gloege, King, Watts and Yarnell. Absent: None. (One unfilled va- cancy due to the death of B. F. On motion by King seconded by Councilman Yarnell and unanimously carried, said ordinance No.38 was placed on its passage. Councilman Yarnell moved that said ordinance No. 38 be adopted, which motion was duly seconded by Councilman King and said ordinance No.338 was adopted by the following vote: Ages; Gloege, King, Watts and Yarnell. es: None. .
